Eco-friendly Block and Brick Mould

If rainwater cannot quickly soak into the ground, then drain through a sewer, it will lead to accumulation and the risk of flooding. Eco-friendly bricks produced using Zenith's molds, including the grass planting block, water permeable brick and other types, are designed to facilitate water drainage.

Mold design

  • The clearance of tamper shoes is 0.5-0.8mm.
  • The tamper shoes can be easily replaced.
  • The mold is of a solid, durable and proven design.

  • The quick-wear parts can be easily replaced.
  • The mold frame is equipped with hydraulic device and the frame board can be folded as needed.
  • Inner parts can be conducted nitrogen treatment 62-68HRC.
When designing the mold, we not only take the technical parameters into consideration, but also make note of other important factors, such as the average precipitation levels of the region, terrain and other features.
